Overview

Hakkari University welcomes academic and administrative staff from partner institutions within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme. Incoming staff mobility activities are implemented under Erasmus+ KA131 (Programme Countries) and Erasmus+ KA171 (Partner Countries – International Dimension) and aim to strengthen international academic cooperation, professional development and institutional exchange.


Scope of Incoming Staff Mobility

Incoming staff mobility at Hakkari University includes:

  • Teaching Mobility (STA) for academic staff

  • Training Mobility (STT) for academic and administrative staff

These mobilities support knowledge exchange, capacity building and the sharing of good practices between partner institutions.


Who Can Participate

Incoming staff mobility is open to:

  • Academic staff from partner universities for teaching activities

  • Academic and administrative staff from partner institutions for training activities

Participation is subject to:

  • an existing inter-institutional agreement, and

  • approval by the relevant academic unit and the Erasmus+ Office of Hakkari University.


Mobility Framework

Incoming staff mobilities are carried out in accordance with Erasmus+ rules and institutional procedures. All mobility activities are coordinated by the Erasmus+ Office in cooperation with relevant faculties, departments and administrative units to ensure a smooth and effective mobility experience.


Support from the Erasmus+ Office

The Erasmus+ Office provides guidance and support to incoming staff throughout the mobility period, including:

  • coordination with host departments,

  • invitation letter procedures,

  • mobility documentation, and

  • practical and logistical information.

Incoming staff members are encouraged to contact the Erasmus+ Office in advance to plan their mobility effectively.
