Nomination and Online Learning Agreement (OLA)
Student nominations and Learning Agreements must be submitted electronically via the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) Dashboard.
The Online Learning Agreement (OLA) is the standard and required method for submitting Learning Agreements. Partner universities are expected to use the OLA system for all Erasmus+ student mobilities.
If a partner university is not yet integrated into the OLA system or in the event of technical difficulties, the Learning Agreement may exceptionally be submitted by email to erasmus@hakkari.edu.tr. Such cases are evaluated individually by the Erasmus+ Office. However, the use of the OLA system remains the primary and recommended procedure.
Course Selection
Course selection should be based on the Course Catalogue published on the official Erasmus web pages of Hakkari University.
Selected courses must be agreed upon by the student, the home institution and the host department at Hakkari University before the start of the mobility period.
Submission of Other Documents
All documents other than the nomination and the Online Learning Agreement (OLA) should be sent by email to:
erasmus@hakkari.edu.tr
Partner universities and students are kindly requested to ensure that all documents are submitted in a complete and timely manner.
Important Notes
Only complete applications with all required documents will be processed. Incomplete or late submissions may result in delays or rejection of the application. Students are advised to keep copies of all submitted documents for their own records.
