Nomination, Application & Deadlines

Student Nomination

In accordance with the inter-institutional agreements signed between Hakkari University and its partner universities, student nominations from partner institutions to Hakkari University must be submitted within the designated nomination period.

Partner universities are kindly requested to nominate students by providing the following information: the student’s full name, field and level of study, type of mobility (study or traineeship), planned mobility period, and contact details of the home institution.

For incoming student mobility, nominations must reach Hakkari University by the following dates:
Autumn Term Date: 30 June
Spring Term Date: 30 November

Student nominations may be submitted by partner universities electronically via the Erasmus Without Paper (EWP) Dashboard or, alternatively, by email to erasmus@hakkari.edu.tr, depending on institutional practice.

Application for Nominated Students

Students who have been officially nominated by their home institutions are required to complete the application process to Hakkari University.

Applications for nominated students must reach Hakkari University by the following dates:
Autumn Term Date: 31 July
Spring Term Date: 31 December

Applications should be submitted together with all required documents and will be reviewed by the Erasmus+ Office in cooperation with the relevant academic units.

Application Procedure

After nomination, incoming students are required to submit the necessary application documents to Hakkari University within the specified deadlines.

The Erasmus+ Office evaluates the applications in coordination with the relevant faculties and departments. Course selection should be completed in consultation with the home institution and the host department at Hakkari University, in line with the Learning Agreement.

Important Notes

Only students officially nominated by partner universities will be considered for Erasmus+ mobility at Hakkari University. Nomination and application deadlines are implemented in line with the provisions of inter-institutional agreements. Applications submitted after the specified deadlines may not be taken into consideration.
