Orientation Programme

Hakkari University organises an Orientation Programme for incoming Erasmus+ students to support their academic and social integration at the beginning of the mobility period.

The programme aims to help students become familiar with the University, academic procedures and daily life in Hakkari.

Orientation Activities

The Orientation Programme may include the following activities:

• Welcome meeting organised by the Erasmus+ Office

• Information session on academic and administrative procedures

• Introduction to course registration and Learning Agreement procedures

• Campus tour

• Guidance on student services and facilities

The content and schedule of the programme may vary depending on the semester and the number of incoming students.

Participation

Incoming students are strongly encouraged to participate in the Orientation Programme. Participation helps students complete registration procedures smoothly and adapt more easily to the academic environment.

Support During Orientation

During the orientation period, the Erasmus+ Office provides support to incoming students regarding:

• registration and documentation procedures,

• accommodation-related questions, and

• practical information about campus life and the city.

Important Information

Orientation activities are organised in line with the academic calendar of Hakkari University. Students are therefore advised to arrive before the start of classes in order to benefit fully from the Orientation Programme.
