Purpose of the Association

To determine the professional development goals of Vocational Certificated Coaches throughout Turkey, the relevant organization of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, Vocational Qualifications Authority, to realize these goals and to ensure their unity.
When necessary, to take part in the relevant boards and decisions to be taken to represent the profession and/or to ensure the appointment of its members.
To monitor the relations between coaches and/or between the coach and the client and the implementation of the rules, and to take necessary action in cases where the rules are not followed. To carry out work to determine and protect customer rights in the field of coaching, when necessary.
To carry out the necessary studies to recognize coaching training programs in accordance with the National Vocational Standards and Competence.
To carry out the necessary work to title Professional Certified Coaches by rating them based on their competencies.
To contribute to the development of National Vocational Standards and Qualifications.
To advise and recommend the conditions, standards and rules of the activities (receiving training) that must be carried out after obtaining the Professional Certificate and to monitor their implementation.
To carry out studies on disseminating, directing, determining standards and monitoring the work of Professional Certified Coaches throughout the country. To convey their evaluations on this issue to the relevant institutions and to create public opinion.
To carry out activities that enlighten, educate and warn the society about coaching activities.
To encourage and support scientific studies in the field of coaching and to ensure the publication and dissemination of research.
To cooperate or create a platform for a common purpose with unions, associations, foundations and similar non-governmental organizations working in the field of coaching at home and abroad, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations, by the decision of the "Board of Directors".
To carry out necessary studies and initiatives by preparing European Union Projects at various times and on relevant subjects within the Association.
To increase the effectiveness and contribute to the development of the coaching profession, firstly in Turkey and subsequently in international environments. To carry out the necessary and appropriate work for this purpose, to prepare, organize and follow up projects.
To work to ensure that coaching can be done by auditable, competent coaches who have a professional certificate. To exchange information and contact with official institutions regarding this issue.
To explain the importance and necessity of coaching being done by competent, auditable coaches who have a professional certificate.
To defend the common interests of its members and the coaching community.
To ensure understanding of the contributions of Professional Certified Coaches within the scope of "Coach Level 6" and the coaching profession to society and individuals, and to raise the awareness of the society in this field.
To establish a foundation or a federation when deemed necessary in situations that can help achieve the objectives.
To open representative offices in places where necessary.
Organizing supportive activities for coaches such as courses, panels, seminars and conferences.
To develop and carry out social responsibility projects as an association.
