Paper Writing Rules

• The Abstract should be prepared in English and Turkish between 250-500 words.

• Full Papers must be prepared in English or Turkish between 7000-10,000 words.

• Articles must be in Microsoft WORD file (.doc or .docx) format.

• The paper must be in Times New Roman font, 12 point, single line spacing, “justify” format. The beginnings of paragraphs should be indented and a line space should be left between paragraphs. Articles should be A4 size and page margins should be 3 cm.

• The margins of the text of the paper are 3 cm on the left, 2.5 cm on the right, top and bottom. should be.

• The title of the paper should be written in bold, capital letters, at the top of the page, in 14-point font, and centered.

• The author's name and surname should be placed one line below the title and centered. The first letter of the name and the surname must be written in all capital letters, 12 pt. If there is more than one author, the author names should be written one under the other. Authors' titles, affiliations, and e-mail information should be written as footnotes at the bottom of the page, in 10-point font and single-spaced.

• Summary text in Times New Roman font; It should be 12 point, single line spacing, “justify” format.

• Full texts must include Turkish and English summaries.

• Visuals such as photographs, graphs and maps presented in the paper must be given in 10-point font size, along with image captions.

• Every reference within the text must be included in the bibliography. Works that are not referenced in the text should also be included in the bibliography.

• Citation format must comply with APA format. Detailed information can be obtained from APASTYLE.ORG.

Participation in the congress is free and open to everyone. Accommodation and Van/Yüksekova-Hakkari transfers will be covered by Hakkari University. Abstracts and full texts for the congress will be sent to supportcf@hakkari.edu.tr. Works that do not comply with the spelling rules will not be accepted.
