Registration Procedures

Final Registration Process

The final registration procedures for candidates admitted to Hakkari University under the international student admission scheme shall be carried out in accordance with the registration calendar announced by the University.
 

Candidates who are offered admission must first complete the online registration process within the dates specified in the registration calendar. Candidates who fail to complete their online registration within the announced period shall be deemed to have waived their right to register.
 

Completion of the online registration process does not mean that the candidate's final registration has been completed. Final registration is completed only after the required documents have been submitted, the tuition fee has been paid, and all registration requirements have been fulfilled.
 

Final Registration Stages

  1. Announcement of placement results on the University website.

  2. Issuance and delivery of acceptance letters to admitted candidates.

  3. Completion of the online registration process by the candidate within the announced registration period.

  4. Preparation of the required documents for final registration.

  5. Payment of the tuition fee in accordance with the announced procedures and deadlines.

  6. Verification of the submitted documents by the Student Affairs Office.

  7. Completion of the final registration procedures for candidates who meet all registration requirements.


Important Notes

• The issuance of an acceptance letter does not mean that the candidate's final registration has been completed.

• Candidates who complete the online registration process must submit all required documents for final registration within the announced deadlines.

• Candidates who submit incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, uncertified, or fraudulent documents shall not be eligible for final registration.

• During the final registration process, candidates may be required to present the original copies or certified versions of the documents previously uploaded to the application system.

• Candidates who fail to complete the final registration procedures within the specified period shall lose their right to register.

• Final registration procedures are conducted by the Student Affairs Office.
