Required Application Documents

Applicants applying for admission as international students are required to upload the documents listed below to the online application system during the application period.
 

It is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that all documents are complete, legible, and uploaded in the required format. Applications submitted with incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, uncertified, or fraudulent documents will not be considered.
 

Documents to be Uploaded During the Application Process

  1. The original high school diploma together with a notarized or consulate-certified copy of its English or Turkish translation. Applicants who have not yet received their diploma are required to upload an official document issued by their high school indicating that they will graduate on a specified date.

  2. An official transcript / grade report showing all courses taken in high school, grades received, and the overall grade point average, together with a notarized or consulate-certified copy of its English or Turkish translation.

  3. The original or a certified copy of the examination result certificate accepted for evaluation.

  4. An approved document showing that applicants who are Turkish citizens and apply under the relevant provision specified in the application requirements have completed their entire secondary education abroad. Applicants applying under this provision are required to upload either an approved document obtained from their school of graduation or a transcript covering the entire period of their secondary education.

  5. A photocopy of the Turkish or English page of the official identity document or passport showing the applicant's identification information.

  6. For dual-national applicants who were foreign nationals by birth and later acquired Turkish citizenship, a full civil registry record showing information regarding the applicant, their mother, and their father.

  7. One passport-sized photograph.

  8. A bank receipt showing that the application fee has been paid.


Important Notes

  • Applicants are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents uploaded to the application system.

  • Applications submitted with false, incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent documents or information will be deemed invalid. If such circumstances are discovered after registration, the student's registration will be cancelled.

  • Uploading the required documents to the application system does not mean that the application has been accepted or that the applicant has obtained the right to final registration.

  • Original documents or certified copies of the documents uploaded during the application process may be requested again during the final registration stage.
