Değerli Aday Öğrencilerimiz,

2025-2026 Akademik Yılı Uluslararası Öğrenci Kabulü kapsamında, 28 Temmuz 2025 – 15 Ağustos 2025 tarihleri arasında kesin kayıt hakkı kazanan öğrencilerin yerleştirilmesi sonucunda boş kalan kontenjanlar 30 Haziran 2025 – 14 Temmuz 2025 tarihleri arasında online olarak alınan başvurular esas alınarak Hakkari Üniversitesi Ön Lisans ve Lisans Düzeyinde Uluslararası Öğrenci Başvuru, Kayıt, Kabul ve Yerleştirme İşlemleri Yönergesi'nin 9. maddesinin d bendine göre bir birime kabul edilen aynı ülke uyruklu öğrenci sayısı, ilgili birimin toplam kontenjan sayısının %20'sini geçmeyecek şekilde doldurularak ikinci yerleştirme sonuçları açıklanmıştır. Aşağıda, sonuçlar ve kayıt süreci ile ilgili önemli bilgiler yer almaktadır.

Başvuru Sonuçları
Başvuru sonuçlarınıza erişmek için bu bağlantıya giriş yaparak daha önce başvuruda kullandığınız kullanıcı adı ve şifreniz ile giriş yapabilirsiniz. Üniversitemize yerleşen adaylara ait listeye aağıdaki bağlantıdan da ulaşılabilir.

Kesin Kayıt Süreci
Kayıt Tarihleri: Başvuru ilanında, ikinci yerleştirme sonuçlarına göre kesin kayıt tarihleri 25 Ağustos 2025 - 05 Eylül 2025 olarak belirlenmiş olmakla birlikte, vize ve benzeri işlemlerde yaşanabilecek gecikmeler sebebiyle söz konusu tarihlerde esneklik yapılmasına karar verilmiştir. 25 Ağustos 2025 - 05 Eylül 2025 tarihleri arasında, Üniversitemizce belirlenecek öğrenim ücretininin bir miktarını yatıran adayların en geç 30 Eylül 2025 tarihine kadar kesin kayıt işlemleri yapılabilecektir. Kesin kayıtlar, söz konusu tarihler arasında Üniversitemiz Dış İlişkiler Ofisi'nde yüz yüze yapılacaktır.

Önemli Bilgiler
Son Kayıt Tarihleri: Belirtilen tarihler arasında kaydını yaptırmayan adaylar, herhangi bir hak iddia edemeyecektir.

Eksik Belge ile Kayıt: Eksik belge ile kayıt işlemi yapılamaz.

Sahte veya Tahrif Edilmiş Belgeler: Üniversitemize başvuru ve kayıt koşullarını yerine getirmeyen, sahte veya değiştirilmiş belgeler sunan ya da gerçeğe aykırı beyanda bulunan adayların kayıt işlemleri tespit edildiği anda iptal edilir ve gerekli yasal işlemler başlatılır.

İkinci Yerleştirme Dönemi: Tercihlerine yerleştirilen adaylar, belirlenen kayıt döneminde kayıt yaptırmadıkları takdirde 'İkinci Yerleştirme' dönemlerinde tekrar tercih yapma hakkını kaybederler. Ayrıca, kayıt yaptıran adaylar, yerleştirildikleri programdan kaydını sildirdiklerinde de 'İkinci Yerleştirme' dönemlerinde tercih yapma hakkını kaybederler.

Kesin Kayıt İçin İstenen Belgeler

1. Lise Diplomasının aslı ile noter ya da Türk Dış temsilciliklerinden onaylı Türkçe tercümesi,
2. Mezuniyet not ortalamasını gösteren belgenin aslı ve Türkçeye çevrilmiş Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçilikleri veya Konsolosluklarından onaylı örneği,
3. Başvuruda kullanılan sınav sonuç belgesinin aslı ve Türkçeye çevrilmiş Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Büyükelçiliklerinden ya da Konsolosluklarından onaylı örneği,
4. Varsa, Yabancı Dil Yeterlik Belgesi,
5. Varsa, Türkçe Yeterlik Belgesi,
6. Yabancı uyruklu adaylardan, Türkiye dışından gelenler için öğrenim vizesi, Türkiye'dekiler için ikamet izin belgesi,
7. Pasaportun veya resmi makamlardan alınan kimliğinin tasdikli veya T.C. Büyükelçiliği ya da Konsolosluğundan onaylı Türkçe örneği,
8. Öğrenim ücreti bedelinin ödendiğini gösteren banka dekontu,
9. 2 adet fotoğraf (Fotoğraflar son 6 ay içerisinde çekilmiş ve adayı kolaylıkla tanıtabilecek şekilde olmalı.),
10. T.C. uyruklu adayların T.C. Kimlik No beyanı veya Nüfus Cüzdanı fotokopisi,
11. T.C. uyruklu erkek adayların askerlik durumuna ilişkin resmi makamlarca onaylı bir belge,
12. Orta öğreniminin tamamını KKTC liselerinde bitiren KKTC uyruklu adayların GCEAL sınav sonuç belgesinin aslı,
13. Yurda Giriş Çıkış Belgesi: T.C. uyruklu olup lise öğrenimini yurt dışında tamamlamış olan öğrencilerin e-devlet'ten barkodlu olarak ya da İl Emniyet Müdürlüklerinden ıslak imza ve mühürlü olarak tüm lise öğrenimleri boyunca yurt dışında geçirdikleri süreyi belirtecek şekilde yurda giriş çıkış belgesi ibraz etmeleri gerekmektedir,
14.  Genel Sağlık Sigortası (GSS) belgesi (Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumu Başkanlığı).

Dear Candidate Students,

As part of the 2025-2026 Academic Year International Student Admission, the second placement results have been announced for the vacant quotas remaining after the enrollment of students who earned the right to final registration between July 28, 2025 – August 15, 2025. Based on the applications submitted online between June 30, 2025 – July 14, 2025, the placements were carried out in accordance with Article 9, subparagraph (d) of Hakkari University’s Directive on Associate and Undergraduate Degree International Student Application, Registration, Admission, and Placement Procedures, ensuring that the number of students of the same nationality admitted to a single department does not exceed 20% of the total quota of that department. Below are important details regarding the results and the registration process.

To access your application results, you can log in using the username and password you used in your previous application by logging in to this link. The list of candidates placed in our university can also be accessed from the link below.

Acceptance Letters

Acceptance letters have been sent electronically. Please ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date.

Registration Process

Registration Dates: In the announcement of applications, the final registration dates according to the second placement results were set as August 25, 2025 – September 5, 2025. However, due to possible delays in visa and similar procedures, it has been decided to allow flexibility regarding these dates. Candidates who deposit a portion of the tuition fee determined by our University between August 25, 2025 – September 5, 2025 will be able to complete their final registration no later than September 30, 2025. Final registrations will be carried out in person at the International Relations Office of our University within the specified dates.

Appointment: You must notify iso@hakkari.edu.tr in advance of your arrival date for registration.

Contribution Fee / Tuition Fee

Details regarding Contribution Fee / Tuition Fee will be announced on our website in the coming days.

Important Information

Registration Deadlines: Candidates who do not register between the specified dates will not be able to claim any rights.

Registration with Incomplete Documents: Registration cannot be made with incomplete documents.

Forged or Falsified Documents: The registration of candidates who do not meet the application and registration requirements to our university, who submit forged or altered documents or who make false statements will be canceled as soon as they are detected and the necessary legal procedures will be initiated.

Second Placement Period: Candidates who are placed in their preferences will lose their right to make another choice in the 'Second Placement' periods if they do not register in the specified registration period. In addition, candidates who have registered will lose their right to make a choice in the 'Second Placement' periods if they cancel their registration from the program they were placed in.

Documents Required for Final Registration

1. Original copy of High School Diploma and its Turkish translation approved by a notary or Turkish Foreign Representatives,
2. Original document showing graduation grade point average and its copy translated into Turkish and approved by Turkish Embassies or Consulates,
3. Original exam result document used in application and its copy translated into Turkish and approved by Turkish Embassies or Consulates,
4. Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate, if any,
5. Turkish Proficiency Certificate, if any,
6. Foreign national candidates, student visa for those coming from outside of Turkey, Residence permit document for those in Turkey,
7. Passport or ID obtained from official authorities, certified Turkish copy or approved by Turkish Embassy or Consulate,
8. Bank receipt showing that the tuition fee was paid,
9. 2 photographs (Photos must be taken within the last 6 months and must be in a form that can easily identify the candidate.),
10. For Turkish national candidates, T.R. ID Number declaration or photocopy of Identity Card,
11. A document approved by official authorities regarding military service status for male candidates of Turkish nationality,
12. Original GCEAL exam result document of candidates of Turkish nationality who completed their entire secondary education in TRNC high schools,
13. Entry and Exit Document to the Country: Students of Turkish nationality who completed their high school education abroad are required to submit a barcoded entry and exit document from e-government or a wet-signed and stamped document from Provincial Police Departments indicating the time they spent abroad during their entire high school education,
14. General Health Insurance (GHI) document (Social Security Institution Presidency).
