Application Requirements Of The Symposium

 

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS OF THE SYMPOSIUM

Applications with full papers will be accepted to the symposium. The deadline for submitting the full paper is on 10 August 2022.

The full paper should be prepared in accordance with the spelling rules. The papers not prepared in conformity with the spelling rules will not be evaluated.

The name of the same author can be included in two papers at maximum. If the name of the same author is involved in more than two papers, only the first two submitted papers will be evaluated.

In addition to the paper, the Author/First Author must also fill in the Application Form,and send it.

The e-mail address which full paper and the Application Form will be sent to has been announced as zaphavzasi@hakkari.edu.tr. Responsibility for problems stemming from the submission of the paper belongs to the author(s).

Transportation and accommodation expenses of the symposium participants will be covered by the Symposium Committee.

The paper must not have been presented or published anywhere before.Moreover,it must not have been in a chapter, main title or sub-title of a thesis in a published book, even in an unpublished thesis.

Full texts are evaluated by the referees with blind reviewing. Acceptance criteria of the full text is 70 points and more.

Certificates of Participation will not be issued to the papers that are not presented.

The presented papers will be published in the Symposium Proceedings Book after the symposium.

Responsibility for papers belongs to the authors.
