Hakkari University supports students' academic and research activities by providing access to printed and electronic resources, individual study areas, internet facilities, and academic research support. The Central Library is located on Zeynel Bey Campus, while Yüksekova Vocational School provides its own library and study facilities.
Central Library
The three-storey Central Library on Zeynel Bey Campus provides a modern and well-organized environment designed to meet students' needs for studying, research, and access to information resources.
In addition to access to printed and electronic resources, the library offers private study rooms, computer-equipped study areas, and internet access.
Resources, Borrowing and Research Support
Users can access the library's printed collection, borrow eligible materials, and make use of electronic information resources.

The Central Library on Zeynel Bey Campus is open every day from 08:00 to 22:00.
Extended opening hours allow students to plan their study and research activities more flexibly throughout the day.
Also Available to Students from Outside the University
The Central Library serves not only Hakkari University students but also students from outside the University who wish to use the library for study and research purposes, subject to applicable library rules and conditions.
Yüksekova Vocational School Library
Yüksekova Vocational School has a library and study area designed to support students' needs for studying and access to academic resources.
