Private Secretary

     Private Secretary Directorate acts in accordance with the directives given by the Rector and provides coordination between the Rectorate unit and other units. This directorate arranges appointments of in-house and off-site officers and guests and prevents any disruptions. In addition, coordination of all kinds of meetings that the Rector attends is also carried out by the Private Secretary Directorate.
