Our university organizes permission request documents through the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS) when all academic and administrative staff want to benefit from their leave rights and opens the document to the relevant persons for paraf and/or signature. However, the personnel annual leave information is kept together with all other information in the Personnel Personal Information System and monitored. Therefore, there is no coordination in the tracking of person permission information from the permission documents issued in EBYS, as well as errors in the data in the Personnel Personal Information System. In order to solve these problems, EBYS and Personnel Personal Information System are integrated, the annual permission information of the person who will fill out the permit in EBYS is automatically processed into the Personnel Personal Information System after the permission is approved and the permission to be left behind is automatically processed into the Personnel Personal Information System.
Other types of leave to be used other than annual leave (death, paternity, excuses, etc.) will be used by the person first by following him and his supervisor with his responsibility in accordance with the periods determined by the relevant legislation. The leave periods used in Death, Paternity, Excuses, etc. will not be reduced from the right of annual leave shown by the Permission Request Document (provided that the person correctly determines the type of leave).
