TUBITAK ULAKBİm provides electronic hosting and editorial process management services for academic journals published in Turkey within the scope of DergiPark service.

Purpose
 
  • To ensure that academic periodical publishing develops in Turkey in accordance with quality and standards,
  • To increase the visibility and use of national academic journals all over the world,
  • To ensure widespread and advanced use of a system that enables the management of journals electronically
  • TO provide measurable clean data for index and national citation index.

Participation in DergiPark
 
Peer-reviewed Academic Journals published in Turkey can participate in DergiPark by filling out the Application Form on the DergiPark Web page
Newly published journals can start their publication life with DergiPark by filling out the same application form.
For the applicant journals, a field is created on the DergiPark system first, the Journal Web page is created, if any, the archive of the journal on its page is transferred to the newly opened page and then the user name and password are notified to the Journal Manager and/or Editor. The management of the journal is entirely its own.  In the future, DergiPark provides technical support only for the use of the system.
Technical responsibilities such as system security, updating, development, backup, etc. belong to TUBITAK ULAKBİm.
Although each journal published in DergiPark has a separate domain name and appearance, all journals use the same infrastructure. However, each journal has the opportunity to make its own page original in any way it wants.
 
Journal managers can manage all stages from the application of the article to the publishing process electronically using the DergiPark system from its location to the Internet.
 
DergiPark services are completely free of charge.
 
A "Participation Agreement" is signed with each journal participating in DergiPark, in which mutual rights will be protected.
 
Importance Information: There is no indexing system such as DergiPark, Turkish Medical Directory or DOAJ and should not be confused with TR Directory. DergiPark; provides a standard infrastructure service for magazines to enter national and international indexes.
